Support Female Musicians More – Adina
In a music Industry mostly dominated by men, obviously the female side will seek for support and more attention at their end of operation as well.
There is a notion that Ghanaian female artistes are not united and it is affecting their dominance in the music scene, for that matter, they not getting the needed attention in the music scene.
Adina Thembi Ndamse, better known by her stage name Adina, a Ghanaian-South African singer, songwriter, actress and a model has called on more support from producers, engineers, all stakeholders in the music business for the female musicians for they as well deserve it.
It could be recalled that, the late Ebony Reigns expressed her disgust at female artistes for ignoring her request for a collaboration with them .
In an interview with Foster Romanus on e.TV Ghana on The Late Night Celebrity Show , Adina said that the only reason for notion of no togetherness is because the female artistes in Ghana are less compared to the male artistes.
She added that just few female artistes in Ghana are recognized and promoted .
“I am all right with all the female artistes I have met so far and I support them as well. I even have collaborations with some of the female artistes like Efya, MzVee and Feli Nuna which will be out” – she proclaimed.
