Techiman South 2020 Elections …NDC forged signatures, hid pink sheets …party’s director of communications blows alarm
If the fish comes out of the river to tell you that the crocodile has one eye, you should believe it just as the Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Techiman South Constituency has come out to publicly reveal how his party leaders in that constituency forged signatures, hid pink sheets and started violence which led to the death of some people during the December 2020 elections.
The matter has landed in court!
Mr. Issah Mahmud Ali, the NDC Communications Officer in Techiman South has revealed that apart from the fact that his party intentionally hid some of the pink sheets during the collation of election results in the constituency, even the nomination forms that were submitted by the party’s Parliamentary Candidate was fictitious and had forged signatures, making it fake and invalid.
Misunderstandings over pink sheet figures led to violent disturbances which led to the shooting of two persons died on the spot and there have been very recent calls for investigations into that incident.
For a party executive of the NDC to publicly claim in a press statement that his party officials intentionally hid pink sheets in Techiman South is a rather loaded revelation which would have led to an immediate arrests and subsequent investigations in any serous country.
The NDC Communications Officer was bold enough to mention the names of a number of his party leaders in Techiman South he accused of being behind the alleged criminal acts.
He specifically mentioned the name of a certain Abdul Hameed Zakaria the Techiman South NDC Director of Elections as a lead culprit who worked out and implemented the criminal acts.
The NDC Communications Director was categorical that the NDC Director of Elections forged signatures in the nomination forms of the NDC Parliamentary Candidate Mr. Christopher Beyere in the Techiman South Constituency.
“Election Director forged the signature of the Seconder, Mariam Jibreel on the nomination forms. Bin Laden lied and convinced the Constituency Chairman and the Parliamentary Candidate of Techiman South to sign a letter directing Techiman Municipal Director of Electoral Commission not to deal with the Constituency Secretary, Suleman Twih Brempong, in terms of election correspondence because he cannot be trusted. All these evil and outrageous tactics were propagated against the Constituency Secretary and the party”, Mr. Issah Mahmud Ali, the NDC Communications Officer noted in press statement.
Accused Runs To Court
