“Telemo” Is The Biggest Song In Ghana Ever – Gasmilla

Hit song is a single that has become very popular. Though it sometimes means any widely played or big-selling song, the term “hit” usually refers to a single that has appeared in an official music chart through repeated radio airplay or significant commercial sales.

Ghanaian musician, Gasmilla, with other name International Fisherman, has claimed that his hit song, “Telemo” is the biggest song in Ghana so far.

He made this statement in a conversation with Showbiz Agenda on Zylofon 102.1 FM, hosted by Sammy Flex where he boasted of the success of his 2015 hit single..

Gasmilla, who has corrected popular perception that his music targets a particular population of the public, stated that, his song still reigns as the longest lasting hit song in the country, topping the charts nine months in continuously.

“Telemo is the biggest song in Ghana so far. It crossed borders to international grounds”, he said.

“Telemo” was released three years ago featuring fast rising act, Capaster and produced by Spandec, following the release of Gasmilla’s debut single, “Boosha”.
