Turkish side Denizlispor have joined the race to sign Ghana defender John Boye in the summer transfer window.
The 31-year-old guardsman’s contract with Sivasspor expired last month hence he is a free agent.
According to reports, newly promoted Altay Spor Kulübü have made Boye their prime target this summer after becoming aware of the defender’s contract situation at Sivasspor.
But the Izmir-based side would have to ward off competition from Denizlispor who have also entered the fray for the signature of the Ghana international.
He helped Sivasspor to a seventh-place finish in the season with 49 points, winning 14 games, drawing 7 times and losing 13 matches.
