Turn Your Heat on Mahama
…Jobless Graduates Told
UNEMPLOYED GRADUATES in the country have been urged to turn their anger at former President John Dramani Mahama.
Edmund Kyei, a top member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), insists Mr. Mahama’s infectiveness was responsible for the high unemployment rate in the country.
He pointed out that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration did nothing about the unemployment situation during the last eight years that the party governed the country.
According to him, Mahama and his ministers acted as if they didn’t care about the welfare of fresh graduates and opined the party’s lackadaisical attitude at the time had resulted in today’s albatross on the neck of Ghana.
“I understand the frustration of the unemployed graduates in the country because it is a horrible experience to remain jobless after school. But I will urge the graduates to turn their heat on Mr. John Dramani Mahama and his non-performing NDC administration, who messed things up in the past eight years.
“For the eight years that the NDC stayed in political power, they did not take any bold action to help provide jobs for the graduates after school”.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with THE PUBLISHER, Kyei, who is the NPP first Vice Chairman at Asokwa constituency, described the largest opposition party as nation wreckers.
He, however, assured that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo would implement pragmatic policies to address the situation.
