VGMA 2019: Diana Hamilton wins Gospel Song of the Year

Diana Hamilton has won Gospel Artiste of the Year at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

Nominees for the Gospel Artiste of the Year were Diana Hamilton, Joyce Blessing, Joe Mettle, KODA, Obaapa Christy and Akesse Brempong.

Diana Hamilton, who is also a nurse and is based in the UK is also vying for Gospel Song of the Year with her song Mo Ne Yo, Female Vocalist of the Year with the track Lord of Host and Album of Year with I Believe.

Diana specifically thanked her family, her supporters and the Pentecost church who gave her the platform to push her music worldwide.

She competed with the likes of Koda, Isaak Kwabena Aning, Obaapa Christy and others.
