VGMA is ‘fake’ – Praye

Hiplife trio Praye, has accused Organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards of sabotaging them describing the award scheme as fake.

According to a facebook post by Choirmaster, a leading member of the group, they were the strongest group in the year under review because after their big comeback at the 2018 VGMAs, they have played various shows and that none of the other group nominated come any close to them.

Praye Tiatia further stated that, even though the awards is in its 20th year, the organizers, Charterhouse, have failed to learn because they keep committing the same unpardonable mistakes.

The post further emphasized on the fact that, organizers of the awards scheme want to intentionally ‘mafia’ them, for that they have decided they have advised themselves going forward.
