Charterhouse, Organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards as part of their 20th-anniversary celebration has unveiled a new plaque during the nominees’ announcement event yesterday, March 15.
Charterhouse did not only announce the various nominations for this year awards night but also unveiled a new plaque to mark their 20th Edition of the Ghana Music Awards.
The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards plaque has been changed over the years, the previous plague was unveiled during the 2013 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards night which includes a plastic red, gold, green (national colors of Ghana) compact disc to symbolize music.
This new plaque is star-shaped with guitar strings in the middle.
The Event at the Labadi Beach Hotel last night which was strictly by invitation saw attendance from some of Ghana’s most talented and most respected music acts with the evening’s highlight being the grand reveal of the new Vodafone Ghana Music Awards plaque designed to replace the current plaque for the next few years.
The launch was vattended by a tall list of VIP guests comprising musicians, music industry players, actors, government representatives, media practitioners among others.
The 20th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards is a Charterhouse Ghana Event and sponsored by Vodafone Ghana.
