Senior News reporter and Editor of Vicruz.com Amos Ekow Coffie, has been nominated for the third time in one of the prestigious awards organized by the RADCOM LLC Company.
The awards, known as the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) Eminence Awards, is an annual awards which seeks to celebrate students of GIJ for their outstanding works in the field of Journalism and Public Relations outside the shores of the school.
This year’s awards which is the 5th Edition has seen many young and talented youths from the Institute celebrated over the past years for going the extra mile aside their academic works to project issues and impact society in the little way they can.
Amos Ekow Coffie, a final year student of the Institute has again been nominated for this year’s awards in the Outstanding Student Reporter of the Year Category.
He has won the awards twice already with various stories he filed which has helped shape and impact lives in the society.
His track record as a reporter for Vicruz.com only proves that indeed he is one of the best.
In 2017 he won the awards in the same category and also won the same award in 2019.
He has been working as a Journalist for the past 7years and he is currently a sub-news editor for Vicruz.com.
He started his Journalism carrier from the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) when he had no certificate in Journalism; he braved the odds of criticism and ridicule to become what he is today.
He learnt on the job and grew in the industry as an industry giant.
Amos, 27, a news editor is also an entrepreneur and the businessman who building other companies.
