VIDEO: I Will Sue Any Media House Who Plays My Old Songs – Lord Paper
Born again Michael Takyi-Frimpong popularly known as Lord Paper is a Ghanaian soul, afrobeat and hip hop musician best known for his 2016 single “Awurama”.
Lord Paper, born Michael Takyi-Frimpong, says even though he has decided to cut “off the nudity [part] of Lord Paper,” and is currently a practising Christian, people still think otherwise.
Speaking in an interview with Larry Bozlzz the host of “Video Ryde” on TV Africa, he urged all media houses to stop playing his old songs especially ‘Awuraba’ which is sexually explicit and the ‘porn-like’ video.
Responding to question on his new Song “Fameye”, he spoke on how careful he is now writing his songs which made him compose a song that can be classified as gospel. He plead with all media houses to stop playing his old song “Awurama” or face a lawsuit because he’s a new being.
Lord Paper, who says he doesn’t smoke nor drink, wants “to cut off the nudity which is not my brand.”
The musician, who says he takes his music inspiration from musicians like Daddy Lumba and the late Daasebre Gyamenah, is out with a new song ‘Fame Ye’.
He further pleaded with all media houses to stop playing his old song “Awurama” or face a lawsuit because he’s a new being.
