We Are Our Own Enemies – Bulldog Tells Ghanaians

Bulldog, real name Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hansen has asserted that Ghanaians have no love for each other hence the failure to support ourselves.

He said this following Kwesi Arthurs loss at this year’s Black Entertainment Television awards.

According to him, Kwesi Arthur did not win the award because of hatred from some Ghanaian citizens.

His reason(s) for that assertion comes after the energy channel after Investigative Journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas exposed former GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi.

“We don’t support our own. If Ghanaians had rallied behind Kwesi’s nomination as they did Nyantakyi’s case, he would have won the award”, he said.

Bulldog stated that, Ghanaians only thrive on bad news and that is what has caused our entertainment industry to suffer.

“Nobody wants the other person to move forward. We are waiting for someone to fail so we laugh. We need a change in attitude”, he further stated.
Kwesi Arthur was nominated in the BET’s for the Best New International Act.
However, after several social media campaign and endorsement from several musicians including Sarkodie, , Kwesi Arthur unfortunately missed out on the award.
