GHANA COACH Kwesi Appiah says the Black Stars is determined to a win against Pharaohs of Egypt, who are 2018 World Cup-bound.

The Stars will host the Pharaohs, who have already booked a ticket to the Russia 2018 World Cup, over the weekend.

Soccer connoisseurs and fans see the impending game as not important to either Egypt or Ghana in terms of point accumulation. But Coach Appiah insists the Black Stars “will go for the kill” even though the results would not have any impact on the standings in the group.

He said Ghana-Egypt games are usually a top cracker “so Ghana would aim to win to get the bragging rights”.

According to him, Egypt, despite qualifying from the group, would still be eager to beat the Black Stars at away.

The Ghana trainer therefore said he would face the game with all the seriousness so that Ghana could finish the campaign with victory.
