We’ll match NPP foot soldiers boot for boot come Dec. – NDC Dep Youth Organiser

A Deputy Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress( NDC) Edem Agbana has served notice to the special forces in the camp of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to be prepared for his party members because they are not ready to see Nana Akufo-Addo been declared as winner in the 2020 December polls. 

According to Mr Agbana, with reference to the violence that transpired at the Ayawaso West Wuoguon by-election on January 31, 2019, his party members are ever ready to respond with same measure and even worse in the upcoming general elections.

Speaking at a virtually rally organized at the forecourt of Zylofon FM last Saturday, Mr Agbana said the NDC has been mute over injustice and violent incidence for a very long time but said, they won’t be able to tolerate such actions going forward.

“We are not afraid and we are not intimidated. We know that as boxers, we’ll win the elections in the ring and we’ll win by giving you a technical knockout. We’ll beat Akufo-Addo in such a way that, the electoral commission will have no option than to declare John Mahama as president.

“Now let me send a message to the party invisible forces and delta forces, in Ayawaso West Wuoguon, you took us by surprise, but if you are listening to me today, I want you to be rest assured that, come December 7, the youths of the National Democratic Congress and the youths of Ghana will match you boot for boot. In the history of this country, in the history of the world, no military force, no state power has ever defeated the power of the people” he said.
